Ann knows that for any community to thrive, its residents must be able to access quality affordable, and workforce housing.

• Housing tax credit programs encouraging investment in workforce housing.

• "4d"  property tax incentive programs that give owners of rental housing a 40% reduction in property taxes in exchange for agreeing to stabilize rents for affordable housing units.

• Housing bonds from MHFA and other assistance programs to increase home ownership opportunities for BIPOC families.
